The room was really nice and looked like it was just built. 🌟 Also, it was super convenient being so close to the Ocean Spa.

The location was fantastic for walking around Marine Parade Sea Wall. Visited few places in the center, within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The staff was very helpfull and always friendly.

The staff here are very attentive, the rooms are top-notch, and breakfast is reasonably priced, all in a prime location near a fascinating decommissioned prison.

The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing in terms of the range of food on offer. A better option was to order a freshly cooked dish such as eggs benedict (very good) but this costs extra of course.

This place offers a luxurious stay with friendly staff who provide exceptional service, excellent Wi-Fi, and a savory vegan breakfast, all in a large room with a comfy bed and clean bathroom.

The location was great with a super view. It was clean and tidy and I liked the eco stance that was taken with it (eg recycling and aving of water notes around the room)

We were just going to order a room but opted for one of your packaged deals at an extra cost ($199.00). Upon arrival we had to ask for these items - eg the wine tour vouchers. When we arrived at the winery the guy working there knew nothing about it - he did however put on a great tour for us. We also had to ask for our free gift at the end.

we were very impressed with the young staff employed at your hotel. They were polite, friendly, helpful and cheerful. The hotel was well maintained and our stay very happy experience. we would have liked to have stayed longer. The restaurant was impressive with great service. Our cleaner was polite and pleasant and did a great job.

One particular staff member was cool, distant and impersonal. I never thought to ask for a room that was not an adjoining room. We did have issue with the transfer of noise and light between the rooms.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped with an electric kettle and a refrigerator. the location in a very nice area was handy, with shopping centers and a bakery nearby.

I asked for a very nice room and I think we got the best one (601). Stunning views, very quiet, clean, modern, excellent accom, great location - and plenty of parking. Would definitely return and will also recommend to friends. Wish we could have stayed longer !!

Bright property, has lovely well mannered staff on the reception desk. Excellent and perfect location to everything you want to see, very nice restaurants in the local area. For tea or coffee visit The Bach nearby.
